Excel ko open karna bahut hi aasan iske liye apko jyada kuch bhi karne ki jarurat nahi hai bas niche batai steps ko follow karte jaye aur Aapke computer/laptop me bhi Excel open ho jayega.STEP-:1 Taskbar ke Left side me dikh rahe Start button par click kare ab Aapke samne Start menu open ho jayega.

STEP-:3 Ab yaha par apko installed software ki list show hogi tab isme apko Microsoft office ke name ka folder search karna hai aur us par click karna hai ab apko Microsoft Excel 2007 ke name se file show hogi us par click kar dijiye.

Yeh ek Spreadsheet program hai jisme hum bahut bade Data ko bhi badi hi aasani se manager kar sakte hai. Ms excel ke kuch version hote hai jisse excel ki limit kam ya jyada bhi ho sakti hai aur sath hi ms excel software version ke hisab se excel file ke extension bhi alag-alag ho sakte hai. yaha humne tools aur unki position ke name bataye hai aur bataya ki unhe kis name se jana jata hai.

Work Book - Excel ki ek file ko Work Book kaha jata hai ek Work book kai sari sheets ka group hoti hai. Excel work book me pahle se 3 Sheet hoti hai- Sheet1, Sheet2, Sheet3.
Worksheet - Ek worksheet Cells ka collection hoti hai jaha par hum apne data ko rakhte hai aur manipulate karte hai. hum ek work book me kitni bhi work sheet ko khol sakte hai.
Row, Column and Cell- Sheet me kai sari aadi (Horizontal) line hoti hai jise Row kahte yeh Sheet me by default 1,2,3 name se hoti hai aur Ek Column cells ka khada block hota hai jo ki A,B, C ke name se hota hai ise Column kaha jata hai.
Function and formula: Fuction kisi kam ko karne ke liye kuch Arguments ke sath pahle se set reserved hote hai. Fuction ya to = ya + ke chinh se start hote hai. Formulas jati se jatil saval ko aasani se hal karne ki trick hai. formula bhi ya to = ya + ke chinh se start hota hai.
Forumla Bar: Ye ek tarah ka bar hota hai jaha par hum apne hisab se formula ko likh sakte hai. Hum formula ya function ko yaha se bhi badal sakte hai.
Name Box: Yeh box formula bar ke Left side hota hai jo har Cell, chart ya Object ki status batata hai.
Scroll Button/Bar: Scroll Button ka prayog sheet par speed se ek jagah se dusri jagah par move karne ke liye kiya jata hai.
Title Bar: Title Bar ms excel ke sabse upar ka bhag hota hai isme file ka name show hota hai default me iska name Book1 ke name se show hota hai agar file ko save kar dete hai to jis name se Aapne file save kar di hai to Title bar me name show hoga.
Ribbon: yeh menu Bar ke niche hota hai es bhag me menu bar me jo vikalp hote hai ko isme dikhya jata hai.
Active Worksheet: Present me hum jis sheet ko open karte hai aur jis par work karte hai use Active worksheet kaha jata hai.
Sheet Tab: yeh ek tab hoti hai jaha par sabhi worksheet ka name show hota hai aur yaha se hum kisi bhi Sheet par ja sakte hai.
Type of Cell Address:-
- Referential: yeh formula me sabse adhik use hone vala cell Reference hai. Relative cell reference basic cell reference hai jo apne Aap badlav ko adjust kar leta hai jab copy paste ya auto fill ka use hota hai. Example: C12.
- Absolute: Kabhi kabhi esi situation aati hai jab copy paste ya auto fill ka prayog karne ke baad bhi kisi cell reference ko roke rahna hota hai tab Dollar ($) chinh ka prayog karke kisi column ya Row ko Reference se roka ja sakta hai. Example:- $C$12.
- Mixed: dono ka prayog kar sakta hai. Example: C$12 or $C12
